About EasyUpscale AI

EasyUpscale AI is a small independent product made by one person: Daniel Mazura, a sole trader in Šestajovice near Prague, Czech Republic (Company ID 19809735, not VAT registered). There is no investor, no advertising and no data business behind it. You pay once for the app and your pictures stay on your PC.

Why it exists

Most AI upscalers are websites: you upload a photo, wait in a queue and pay per picture or per month. EasyUpscale AI turns that around. The AI runs on your own graphics card, so there is nothing to upload, no limit per file and no subscription.

How it works

• The models run locally through ONNX Runtime and DirectX 12 (DirectML), on NVIDIA, AMD or Intel graphics.
• Auto mode looks at the picture and picks the model, the enlargement and the look. Advanced mode gives you the controls.
• The models are Real-ESRGAN (BSD-3-Clause), SwinIR (Apache-2.0) and an own text model. The licenses are listed in the app folder (THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES-NATIVE.md).

What leaves your computer

Only the license key and the computer name, when a license is activated and from time to time verified. Pictures are never sent anywhere. You can check it yourself: block the app in your firewall and enlarging keeps working.

Buying and refunds

The license is a one-time payment of €14.99. You can try every feature for free; the free version only adds a watermark. If you buy and it does not suit you, you have 14 days to get your money back, no questions asked: see the refund policy.
